We collect basic account details such as your email address, the mLoops you create, and anonymised usage information (for example, which features are used most often). We do not collect more information than we need to run and improve the service.

We use your data to create and store your mLoops, track your usage allowance, recommend relevant quizzes, improve app performance, and keep your account secure. We may also send occasional product emails related to your account or new features.

Payments and card details are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe may collect additional information to meet legal and anti-fraud requirements in your country.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted service providers that help us run the app (for example, hosting, analytics, and payments), and only for purposes described here.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, update, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain types of processing. If you’d like to exercise those rights, please contact us using the support details in the app.

We keep your account data for as long as you have an active account. If you close your account, we may keep limited records for a short period where the law allows or requires it (for example, for billing records and security logs).
